To ensure a seamless and exceptional event experience at Enigma Bar & Kitchen, located on Whyte Avenue in Edmonton, the following booking terms apply:

• Service Charge & Taxes
  A 20% service gratuity will be applied to all private event bookings. Minimum spending requirements are exclusive of GST and gratuity.
• Minimum Spend
  The minimum spending requirement may be met through combined food and beverage purchases made by both the host(s) and their guests. Should the minimum not be met during the event, the remaining balance will be applied as a room charge.
• Event Duration
  Private large-group bookings require a minimum event duration of four (4) hours on Sunday through Thursday.
• Deposit & Confirmation
  A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation. Upon confirmation, a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the minimum spend will be invoiced and applied toward the final event bill.
• Coordination Fee
  A $150 event coordination fee applies to full venue buyouts.
• Cancellation Policy
  For events with more than 40 guests: cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will incur a 5% charge of the minimum spend; cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a 15% charge.
